Ingham County is negotiating a lease for The Dollar Nightclub in Lansing after the county seized the property for the building owner's failure to pay $156,806 in taxes, penalties and interest dating to 2003. Ingham County Treasurer Eric Schertzing said he hopes a lease will be in place within a week.
